According to sources, he probably fell off a train on the No. 5 line between Gun Hill Road and Pelham Parkway at around 6 p.m.

According to the New York Police Department, authorities found the teenager on East Gun Hill Road with injuries to his head. According to the officials, he was in stable condition when he was transferred to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi.

According to sources, the teenager was surfing the train alone, but pals were present at the moment.
