‘Up and over and gone!’- Spectacular Jetsprint crash

Two drivers at the New Zealand Jetsprint Championships in Whanganui today are lucky to walk away with just a broken nose between them following a spectacular crash.

Both drivers walked away relatively unscathed despite a 30 metre drop down hill.

Driver Rob Coley and navigator Kellie Minnell were competing in the top- five round of the superboat section when they clipped a corner.

The boat left the course and fell 30-metres downhill, with Minnell the one who suffered a broken nose.
