Jimmy Shane driving the U-1 Miss HomeStreet for Miss Madison Racing took the Championship over J. Michael Kelly in the U-5 Graham Trucking of Porter Racing and 2016 Rookie of the Year Andrew Tate in the U-9 Les Schwab/Delta Realtrac of Jones Racing.
