The oldest powerboat race in the United States, the Cambridge Classic Powerboat Regatta, returns for its 107th running in Cambridge on May 13 and 14. Boats such as hydroplanes, runabouts and Jersey speed skiffs will race each afternoon from noon to 5 p.m. (weather permitting) on the Choptank River off Great Marsh Park, 1 Somerset Avenue.
