Due to the impacts of COVID-19 and the extension of Governor Inslee’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, it is with great regret that we have to cancel this year’s Soap lake Hydro Regatta. Seattle Drag and Ski and The City of Soap Lake worked diligently to keep the race on the schedule but as we must comply with the Governor’s extended mandate, it’s just not possible for 2020. Despite this outcome, we are very appreciative of our partnership with the City of Soap Lake, and we thank them for their efforts on our behalf.
In addition, we would like to extend our thanks to our wonderful sponsors Del Red Soap LakeAkins Fresh Market, Soap Lake for hanging in there with us, they are so greatly appreciated and still need all of our support. We have already begun planning for the 2021 Soap Lake Hydro Regatta, and tentative race dates are set for June 19th and 20th
