KEEP THE HOPE–The Grand Prix America Hydroplane Racing Series hopes the Tri-City Water Follies keep the engine oil warm for the scheduled HAPO Columbia Cup races July 24-26. Early in the upcoming week, the organization’s board of directors are scheduled to meet and make a decision whether the race will be held as the state of Washington expands the opening of businesses and events.

If there is a race, would you attend?
