Despite the absence of formal declarations from the team, their presence is evident on the Daytona 500 entry list, accompanied by sightings of their distinctively impressive hauler en route to the venue.

Scheduled to field the No. 44 Chevrolet, the NY Racing Team’s participation has sparked speculation regarding the identity of the driver. Observant fans have noted similarities between the signature on the team’s hauler and that of Greg Biffle, prompting conjecture regarding his potential involvement.

Notably, Biffle previously competed for the team in 2022, participating in five races across Daytona, Vegas, Atlanta, Richmond, and Talladega. Owned by John Cohen, the NY Racing Team did not partake in any races during the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series season.
