SSI Payments of $1,415 Set to Arrive Soon Check New November Dates

2 min read

Soon, people who get Supplemental Security Income will get the monthly payment that the Social Security Administration (SSA) planned. SSI will be sent out on two separate November paychecks.

In November, everyone who is qualified will get two different checks or two direct deposits. In reality, there will be no extra or bonus payment. SSA just had to change the plan.

Social Security planned to send SSI funds on November 1 and 29

Your first payment from Supplemental Security Income will be sent to your bank account on November 1, 2024. Of course, it can only be given to people who applied, were approved, and are still qualified.

On November 29, you will have another chance to get money from the Federal SSI program. It’s the December payment, though, so save it for that month, and don’t spend too much when you get it.

I have good news for people who get SSI and also get SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance). The payment for retirement or SSDI will come on November 1, 2024, instead of November 3, 2024. It needs to be sent on a business day since the 3rd is a Sunday.

The most that SSI can pay in November

Not a single payment in November will have the 2025 COLA raise. Because of this, everyone will have to wait longer to get this much-needed help. That’s right—beneficiaries won’t get the extra money until December 31, 2024.

The most you can get from SSI as of January 2024 is:

  • $943 for people.
  • $1,415 for the married
  • $472 for someone important

As you can see, married people will get the most money from SSI in just 8 days. Then, on November 29, will get a new payment for December. On December 31, 2024, the new maximum amounts will start to be used.

$967 after the COLA for people
$1,450 after COLA for the two of them
$484 for an important person after COLA

If you know someone whose Social Security salary is too low and they don’t make any other money, you can help them go for Supplemental Security Income.
