Shreveport Police Arrest Caddo Parish Teacher for Indecent Behavior with Student

The Caddo Parish teacher was arrested by the Shreveport Police Department for inappropriate behavior with a student.

Indecent behavior with a juvenile and computer-aided solicitation of a minor were the charges against David Hoey, 60, who used to teach at Broadmoor STEM Academy. He was caught on October 28.

It was reported by the Caddo Parish School District that he was fired after the probe.

“Shreveport Police are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all students and will continue to work closely with Caddo Parish Schools to ensure the protection of our community’s youth,” a news release said.

The police are asking anyone who knows anything about this event to come forward.
