Airlines Now Prohibit Flying With Severe Skull Bleeding, According to Reports

Man, planes are picky these days. It is against the rules to directly threaten or scare a crew member. You’re not allowed to do sexy things. You can’t say bad things about the food. So it looks like you can’t fly anymore if your head is bleeding. As one man found out not long ago, it can even get you arrested.

According to Miami’s Local 10 News, Eugenio Ernesto Hernandez-Garnier is now in jail because he refused to get off the plane when crew members told him he was leaking too much blood from his head.

Hernandez-Garnier had a cut on his forehead and a dirty bandage on when he got on his trip from Miami to Las Vegas. The team did not like that for some strange and unknown reason. The people asked him to clean up and change the bandage, but he didn’t have another one with him. It was said that they started to ask him to get off the plane because they were afraid he would bleed everywhere and because they were worried about his health.

Hernandez-Garnier and his friend Yusleydis Blanca Loyola refused to get off the plane, saying, “If they couldn’t fly, no one else can.” She also said he had surgery not long ago. The arrest report (spoiler alert!) didn’t say what kind of surgery it was, but the Independent says it was a hair transplant. Members of the crew told them that they would be arrested if they didn’t get off the plane, and in the end, they were.

American Airlines told everyone else on the flight to get off, which was bad for them because it meant the flight was delayed. Loyola and Hernandez-Garnier were both taken to a nearby hospital to be checked out before being sent to a jail in the area. Both of them are being charged with trespassing after being warned and fighting an officer without violence.
