Seniors who satisfy certain qualifications may soon get a new check or direct transfer from Social Security.
Keep in mind that two sets of recipients will not get Social Security because they have already received their payment for the third. This is because they received both SSI and retirement payments before May 1997.
Massive Social Security check on September 11
September 11 is almost approaching, and many seniors are looking forward to receiving their next paycheck. To obtain this large payment of up to $4,873, you must have:
- worked in SSA-covered occupations.
- Paid enough payroll taxes to the Social Security Administration in those occupations.
- To be eligible for Social Security, you must have worked for at least 35 years, earned the taxable maximum (contribution benefit base), applied at the age of 70, and not violated any SSA rules.
Even if these are the requirements to get $4,873, you must also meet the standards to qualify for the September 11 payment. You must have been born between January 1st and December 10th.
Not eligible for Social Security on September 11th
Those retirees who qualify for Social Security may be ineligible for the payout on the 11th. This implies they may have to wait for another monthly payment on September 18th.
If you were born between November 11 and September 20 and did not get Social Security on September 3, your payday will be September 18. The last payment will be made on September 25. To receive money from the Administration on September 25, you must have been born between the 21st and the 31st.
It makes little difference what month or year it is. In terms of dollars, any of the remaining three installments can receive an average of $1,919. Those who complete all of the requirements can receive large cheques totaling up to $4,873 on the 18th and 25th.
