Race Day Live , (Corpus Christi, TX) – The coldest air of the season is expected to arrive in the Coastal Bend Sunday night. A powerful cold front is expected to pass through Corpus Christi, with a 5% to 15% possibility of freezing temperatures.
The extent of how low temperatures will get in South Texas is uncertain, according to the weather service, “as the brunt of the coldest air will stay off to our northeast.”
The National Weather Service of Corpus Christi forecasts an overlap of cold air and precipitation, heightening worries about snowy weather.
