Race Day Live (San Bernardino County, CA) – On Tuesday, a guy was detained for reportedly having methamphetamine in his hands. He was discovered inside a red-tagged residence in the Bloomington region of San Bernardino County.
According to a statement from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy saw that the lights were on at the red-tagged property in the 18100 block of 10th Street and performed a security check. When he entered the house, he found a guy inside.
“The residence was posted indicating no one had permission to be inside,” authorities said.
The deputy then contacted 62-year-old Angel Garcia and arrested him for trespassing. According to the Sheriff’s Department, the deputy discovered “drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine” among Garcia’s possessions.

It was also determined that Garcia had a number of prior convictions for crimes relating to narcotics.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, he was arrested on suspicion of “Possession of a Hard Drug Treatment Mandated Felony Arrest for Drug Possession With Priors.”
