Ohio Woman Finds Cannabis in Kid’s Burger King Meal; Employee Fired for Serious Mistake

Race Day Live (Hamilton, OH) – A Burger King employee was fired when a kid’s meal included a surprise side of cannabis.

A Burger King customer in Ohio received an unexpected side of free cannabis with her children’s meal.

Jannabamma shared a viral TikTok video holding up a bowl of buds she discovered in an order of chicken fries she purchased for her child at a Burger King in Hamilton, according to WDTN.

“She got her chicken fries. Chicken fries with a side of…” the woman said, gesturing to the Burger King meal beside the cannabis.

“Cannot make this up,” he added in the caption. “I didn’t ask for a side of this.”

Burger King acknowledged that it was legitimate and promptly fired the person who was responsible.

“We contacted the Franchisee of this restaurant immediately upon learning of this incident and can confirm that the employee in question has been terminated,” a Burger King spokesperson told the outlet.

“We were very disappointed to learn of the incident and do not take incidents that put our guests in danger lightly.”

Although no formal police complaints have been filed, the Hamilton Police Department is “actively investigating the incident,” according to the site.

The video has received over 138,000 likes and 4,000 comments, expressing both jealousy and shock.

“What exactly did you order…? like… what words SPECIFICALLY did you say to get THAT exact order? asking for a friend,” one user wrote jokingly.

“Well, you asked for nugs!” another person remarked.
