A 39-year-old Minneapolis woman, Ranee Johnson, was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol for driving under the influence with five children in the car.
She was stopped for speeding on I-94 near Eau Claire, where officers noticed the smell of alcohol and marijuana.
