State Police in New Hampshire Say They Arrested Four People While They Were Looking Into Sales of Meth and Fentanyl

The sales of methamphetamine and fentanyl in New Hampshire were being looked into for months, and on Monday, four people were arrested.

State police said in a statement that during the arrests on Monday, Oct. 14, they found more than 400 grams of methamphetamine and about 60 grams of fentanyl.

Tracy Blodgett, 60, and Aaron Erickson, 45, both from Concord, were arrested and charged with selling a controlled drug for more than five grams, which is a second offense, and with the plan to distribute more than five ounces, which is also a second offense.

Also taken were Brian Huoppi, 43, of Concord, and Ryan Basnett, 28, of Derry. Both had warrants out for their arrest for having a controlled drug.

Blodgett, Erickson, Huoppi, and Basnett were all detained until they could be arraigned in Concord District Court.

The case was helped by the Concord Police and the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics Investigations Unit.
