The Eagle Police Department has stated that investigators conducted a comprehensive investigation into Head-to-Toe Massage Therapy, which is situated close to the intersection of South Eagle Road and East Riverside Drive.

A house in Eagle that was located close to Fruitwood Place and East Ranch Drive was also searched by the police.

Another individual who was arrested by the police was Doris Li, who was 38 years old. She was charged with felony prostitution for keeping, controlling, or sponsoring a house of prostitution.
