Two Arrested in Irvine for Operating Brothel After Sex-Trafficking Charges Linked to Flyers

A spokesman for the Irvine Police Department said that two men were arrested this week on charges of pimping and pandering after putting flyers on neighbors’ cars advertising a brothel.

Police found a house in the city’s Cypress Village neighborhood thanks to information on the flyers, said Sgt. Karie Davies.

“Call for a good time,” the ads told her.

These two people, Qiyin Jiaqiyin, 51, of Irvine, and Xiaoming Ding, 36, of Whittier, were caught and taken to the Orange County Jail, where they are being held on $500,000 bail each.

Davies said that three victims, women in their 20s and 30s, were given help and left the scene after the suspects were arrested.
