West Haven Woman Accused of Sexually Assaulting a Youngster and Then Emailing Video to Milford Guy

WEST HAVEN, Connecticut — Police said that a West Haven lady videotaped herself sexually attacking a youngster and then forwarded the footage to a Milford man.

Police reported Elizabeth Jordan, 42, provided pictures of a second youngster to 44-year-old John Bailey “for his sexual gratification.”

Jordan is accused of second-degree sexual assault, conspiracy to conduct second-degree assault, danger of injury to a minor, and illegal distribution of an intimate image. She also faces two counts of spreading voyeuristic content and two counts of voyeurism. Police claimed she surrendered herself on an outstanding warrant.

Police claimed Bailey was brought into jail in Milford for an unrelated offense. He has been charged with criminal liability to commit second-degree sexual assault, conspiracy to commit risk of injury to a juvenile, and criminal liability to commit risk of injury to a minor.
