Woman Arrested and Charged with Molestation of 18-year-old: Rochester Police

Race Day Live (Rochester, NY) – A 35-year-old Rochester woman accused of having an inappropriate interaction with an 18-year-old confined at a Rush youth center now faces a felony rape charge, New York State Police announced Wednesday.

According to troopers, Jerica J. Costich was arrested and charged with third-degree rape, a Class-E felony, amid charges she “engaged in sexual activity” with an 18-year-old detainee at the Industry Residential Center while she working there as a Youth Support Specialist.
