Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office (N.J.) said that pro-MMA fighter Andrew Osborne was given a 25-year sentence in state jail on Thursday after pleading guilty to first-degree aggravated manslaughter.

Bryan Wilkinson, 47, was stabbed to death in an Atlantic City, New Jersey, hotel room by Osborne, 35. He has to finish at least 85% of his term in New Jersey State Prison (N.J.S.P.) before he can be released with supervision.

Authorities say that Osborne stabbed Wilkinson in the head and neck at Ocean Casino on September 23, 2022. After that, he ran away to Philadelphia, but cops caught him there and arrested him.

In earlier court papers (via NJ.com), the police said that Osborne went into Wilkinson’s hotel room at 7:11 a.m. local time and left at 7:30 a.m. It is said that Osbourne left Wilkinson’s hotel room wearing his pants and shoes. It was 1:30 p.m. local time when Wilkinson’s body was found.

In his 20 competitive MMA fights, Osborne lost to Ozzy Dugulubgov in the World Series of Fighting (WSOF) in 2013. Through seven fights, eleven wins, and one draw, he had a 7-11-1 record as a professional boxer from 2011 to 2017.
