The driver is purported to have executed an improper left turn, which resulted in the collision and subsequent injury of the infant.

A black 2010 Volkswagen CC, transporting a three-month-old infant, was proceeding westbound in the 10100 block of Ingram Road at approximately midnight on Saturday, January 25, when the driver reportedly executed an improper left turn into an apartment complex.
