Virginia Man Sentenced after He Pretended to be Teen Girl and Extorted Nude Photos of Teen Girls from Utah

Race Day Live (Gloucester County, VA) – A man from Gloucester has been arrested and sentenced for trafficking two 14-year-old girls in Utah.

A search warrant was issued in Utah in October 2022 for a suspect living in Gloucester. On October 26, 2022, the Sheriff’s Office carried out the warrant in Gloucester.

Authorities discovered digital evidence while searching. Ryan Randolph, 29, has been arrested due to outstanding warrants issued by the Utah Attorney General’s Office.

Randolph was sent back to Davis County, Utah, where he stayed until his trial.

Victims testified in court that Randolph posed as a young girl to build trust and then connected them with someone willing to pay for nude photos. After sharing nude images, Randolph coerced the two minors into performing explicit acts while he recorded them through video chat.

A man faces multiple serious charges, including two counts of first-degree human trafficking of a child, aggravated sexual extortion, second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, and enticement of a minor.
