Two Hospitalized After Intoxicated Woman Crashes Chrysler on Northwest Loop 410 in San Antonio

Race Day Live (San Antonio, TX) – According to the San Antonio Police Department, a lady who is 24 years old was taken into custody and charged with assault from drunkenness in connection with a collision that occurred on the Northwest Side.

The occurrence took place on Saturday morning at approximately three o’clock in the morning in the 4900 block of Northwest Loop 410, which is situated along Callaghan Road.

It was reported by the police that the woman was attempting to avoid a vehicle that had become stuck in the main lanes of the highway when she drove a Chrysler 300 into a barrier.

After the collision, the South African Police Department (SAPD) reported that two passengers inside the Chrysler, a woman aged 22 and a male aged 23, were both taken to the hospital with serious injuries to their bodies.

It was found by the police that the woman was under the influence of alcohol after additional inquiry. The police ultimately decided to arrest her on two charges of assault while under the influence of alcohol.
