Infants, 1 Year and 2 Months Old, Found in Cold with Allegedly Drunk Mother in Houston

Race Day Live (Houston, TX) – According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, two infants were discovered as they were resting on a sidewalk after the winter storm that occurred on Tuesday. Their mother was apparently under the influence of alcohol at the time.

There was a woman and her two infants lying on the sidewalk at 12062 Veterans Memorial Drive, according to a 911 call that was received by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.

After arriving on the scene, the deputies established that the infants were one year old and two months old. When emergency medical services came, they promptly treated the two infants, who were suffering from injuries connected to the cold.
