• Ryan P. Aument – State Director: An eighth-generation South Central Pennsylvanian, Aument has served Lancaster County in the Pennsylvania General Assembly since 2010. A graduate of The Citadel and a decorated veteran, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His extensive public service experience will be invaluable in his new role.
• Anna Romeo – Deputy State Director for Constituent Services, Outreach, and Coalitions: Hailing from Montgomery County, Romeo brings nearly 12 years of experience in the U.S. House of Representatives. She has served as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to Congressman Dave Joyce of Ohio and has worked with Congressman Bill Shuster and on three Congressional campaigns.
• Stephanie Applegate – Press Secretary, PA: A native of Dauphin County and a Dickinson College graduate, Applegate has eight years of public service experience. She previously served as Communications Director for the PA Senate Majority Whip and played a key role in crisis communications during the 2020 election audit.
