Police in Georgia arrested a person who was wanted for crimes in another state.
A press statement says that around 7 p.m. on November 27, the Seneca Police Department asked officers from the Gwinnett Police Department to find a suspect.
A guy named Emmanuel Williams, 20, was wanted in South Carolina on three counts of attempted murder.
In the video, police are seen chasing Williams very quickly through a set of traffic lights.
The film shows the officers getting out of their cars and surrounding Williams, telling him to put his hands up.
The video shows that even though sirens were going off, the police were able to get Williams on the ground and hold him.
After that, Williams is seen being picked up while being bound. He is being held at the Gwinnett County jail right now and is being charged with several things, according to jail records. The amount of his bond is $11,700.
A press statement from the Gwinnett Police Department said Williams is accused of shooting three people, one of whom was a 1-year-old child.
To get more information, USA TODAY called the Seneca Police Department.
The town of Seneca is in Oconee County, South Carolina, which is 104 miles north of Gwinnett County, Georgia. It is in Gwinnett County, which is in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Fox 5 Atlanta and WYFF both reported that Williams reportedly shot at his family during a fight at home.
The boyfriend, Emmanuel Williams, pulled out a gun and started shooting at the victims during the fight, Seneca Police Chief Casey Bowling told the news source.
People say that Williams shot his lover, her mother, and his 1-year-old child in their apartment.
Bowling said, “It is horrible to see a child being shot.” “You should never let a child get hurt in a crime.”
