Coroner IDs woman killed in Friday’s three-vehicle Dorchester County crash

Dorchester County, South Carolina — The Dorchester County Coroner has identified a woman who died in a three-vehicle accident on October 4 in Dorchester County.

Dorchester County Coroner Paul J. Brouthers identified the deceased as Chris L. Kitt, 32, of Saint George, on Saturday.

Kitt was driving on US-15 when her vehicle collided with another sedan, then a dump truck, and lastly a tree.

She was pronounced deceased at the spot.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Dorchester County Coroner’s Office are investigating the incident.
