DeKalb deputies arrest woman suspected of stealing cellphone from elderly woman at gunpoint

Deputies in DeKalb County arrested a lady on Wednesday for allegedly taking a cell phone from an elderly woman.

Deputies worked with the Atlanta Police Department to locate an automobile driven by Jenee Johnson, 36.

According to police, when they found the automobile, Johnson sped away.

Deputies did a P.I.T. maneuver on her automobile, causing it to spin around and slam into a median wall on the highway.

Johnson was charged with armed robbery, possessing a firearm while committing a felony, theft by receiving stolen property and running or attempting to avoid police.
