Forsyth County, North Carolina — A lady has been charged with firing a gun after a Carver High School football game, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
On Friday, deputies said people were leaving the school’s football stadium after homecoming festivities when Danielle Sierra DeLeon, 26, reportedly pulled out a revolver and fired a shot on school grounds.
Nobody was wounded.
DeLeon was charged with felony discharge of a firearm on educational grounds, misdemeanor assault with a dangerous weapon, and common law going armed to terrorize the public. She was issued a $15,000 bail.
“The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office does not tolerate this type of activity during or after school. “As always, our goal is to create a safe environment for our entire community, including our students and staff,” said Chief Deputy Henry Gray in a statement.
