His death was confirmed on Thursday, with his management issuing a statement calling him a “beacon of light” and praising his outstanding talent and humanity. The release went as follows: “It is with heavy hearts that we share the tragic news of the passing of @pauldanan at just 46 years old.”

According to accounts, neighbours said that an ambulance was dispatched to the luxurious flat on Wednesday evening following the mishap, the Daily Mail writes.

Paul was scheduled to appear in court for driving and drug charges on the day his death was publicized. According to court documents, he was scheduled to plead guilty at Warrington Magistrates’ Court in Cheshire on charges of cocaine and cannabis possession.
On October 2, 2024, he was accused of driving under the influence of drugs in Warrington. Six months before his death, Paul experienced respiratory failure, which he attributed to his vaping addiction.
