Shoreline Kitchen + Bar in Hull has permanently closed its doors as of December 15, 2024, according to an announcement from the restaurant.
The establishment, which was located at 43 Hull Shore Drive in Hull, ceased operations due to lease-related issues. In their statement to the community, the owners expressed their appreciation for Hull and its community spirit.
For customers holding gift cards, the owners have confirmed these can be redeemed at their sister establishment, True North Kitchen + Bar in North Weymouth.
While some staff members will be transferred to True North, the owners acknowledged the unfortunate timing of this closure, particularly affecting employees during the holiday season.

The full statement from Shoreline Kitchen + Bar:
“Shoreline Kitchen + Bar will be closing its doors on Sunday 12/15/2024. Janet and I have enjoyed our time in Hull and have much affection for this wonderful town and its sense of community. We couldn’t live up to the terms of our lease so it has been terminated as of 12/20/2024. We need some time to clean up and clear out.
Any gift cards you have can be redeemed at True North Kitchen + Bar in North Weymouth. Although we will be able to absorb some of the staff at True North, for others it will be a difficult message to receive just before Christmas.
Thanks to everyone who has created such great memories for us and our family. We will still be operating True North for the foreseeable future so please come visit us there.”
