Race Day Live (Indianapolis, IN) – A Southwest Airlines passenger was arrested after going wild at the airport, shouting racist slurs and insults at officials who warned her her suitcase was too heavy.
A shocking video from inside the Indianapolis International Airport shows mom Whitney Kayla Wyatt, 30, confronting the bag check-in agent on Sunday morning, demanding she let her suitcase through, which was five pounds too overweight, according to the Daily Mail.
When the black employee and a white coworker told her they couldn’t do it, Wyatt, who was accompanied by two children and a dog, began accosting her.
Wyatt then appeared to threaten legal action against Southwest staff, claiming to be an attorney.

Wyatt looked to be pleading with the crew about her plight, stating she wanted to get on the aircraft because one of her children was scheduled to have “a very important surgery that he couldn’t have,” but when the staffers rejected her bag, she hurled racial slurs.
According to the police report, Wyatt was escorted away after the interaction, and she was given multiple warnings to halt her unruly behavior.
Wyatt apparently refused and began resisting and hurling “obscenities” at the cops, who detained her for disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.
Penny Thomson, who shared the footage on social media, claimed everyone was taken aback by Wyatt’s outburst, which could be heard throughout the terminal as she continued to scream during her arrest.
