Race Day Live A 36-year-old Mexican national, Oscar Manuel Inda-Duenas, has admitted to illegally re-entering the United States after being previously deported.
Now, he could face up to two years in federal prison, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. His sentencing date is yet to be scheduled.
Inda-Duenas was originally deported in September 2016, but he returned to the U.S. without permission from the Attorney General or the Secretary of Homeland Security.
His latest arrest took place on December 4, 2024, in Florida, where he was taken into custody on state charges, including aggravated battery and obstructing justice.
