SACRAMENTO, California — A three-car accident in Sacramento on Wednesday morning killed one man.
Police in Sacramento say the accident happened near the border with Elk Grove, near the crossroads of Bruceville and Sheldon roads. Police said the road was reopened around 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday.
Even though firefighters in Sacramento tried to save the man’s life, he was declared dead at the scene.
Someone else in a different car who was involved in the crash was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
At this point, the guy who died has not been identified, and the crash is still being looked into. It’s not clear what kind of car the person who died was in or what caused the crash.
