Repeat Offender Arrested at Disneyland for Failing to Pay Ticket Fees While Accompanied by Two Children

A California lady detained on a Disneyland visit had previously attempted to enter the park with her children without paying admission at least four times in two months, according to police.

Jessenia Diaz, 26, was brought away from the California Adventure amusement park in handcuffs on Tuesday, while her two small children cried and pleaded for help from spectators, according to video footage circulating on social media.

Two additional officers were seen following behind, one with a stroller.

Diaz, who was wearing Minnie Mouse ears, allegedly screamed profanities at Anaheim police officers after refusing to offer her identification, according to investigators.

“She came in on a valid pass and brought her two kids,” Anaheim police Sgt. Matt Sutter told Fox News Digital. “When security tried to interrogate her about her children’s ages, she merely kept going without stopping. They caught up with her later in the park.

Disneyland offers free entrance to children under the age of three when accompanied by a paid adult. According to the Disneyland website, attendees aged 3 and up must have valid theme park entry and make a reservation for the same park on the same date.

Diaz, a Torrance resident, attempted to enter the park without paying for tickets, as she has previously done, Disneyland officials told Fox News Digital. When approached by park security and police, she became uncooperative, according to reports.

She was “uncooperative to say the least,” according to Sutter.

“Whatever Disney decides, they will work with you. “They’ll try to figure out a solution,” he added. “They want their guests to stay at the park and enjoy themselves. But she was having none of it.

“If she had cooperated, had behaved better, she would have never gotten arrested,” said the officer.

Diaz appeared to shout, “You’re f***ing hurting me” as witnesses near the Jumpin’ Jellyfish attraction in Paradise Gardens witnessed the arrest.

Sutter stated that she has entered the park four times in the last two months without paying the full admission fee.

“This was the first time she got caught,” he replied. “She’ll disappear into the park with her kids and they can’t find her.”

Diaz was freed later that day, with a citation.
