The suspects, identified as Isaiah James and Ayonna Burgos, both aged 25, are currently awaiting transport back to Sacramento to face charges related to the shooting incident that occurred on February 14, 2024, on Florin Road.

Tragically, the victim of the shooting, identified as 26-year-old Chasity James, succumbed to her injuries at a local hospital.

According to a spokesperson from the Sacramento Police Department, the arrest of James and Burgos was made possible with the assistance of FBI partners.
