MADISON, Wis. – Three teens were arrested in southern Wisconsin for reportedly beating up a man who gave them food.
The Madison Police Department says that around 8:50 p.m. on October 26, a guy was beaten up by a group of teens at the East Towne Mall. The police say a man ordered food and then saw a group of kids who said they were hungry.
They say the man gave them the fires he had just bought. Then, the group of teens is said to have claimed all of the man’s food and begun to threaten him.
The man’s phone was broken when he tried to call the cops, according to the police. The man was then beaten up by the group of teens, and police say he only got minor injuries.
The report says that there were seven people in the group. The young people were caught and taken to the Juvenile Reception Center.
