The search continues for 15-year-old Sebastian Rogers, who went missing from his Hendersonville, Tennessee home almost a week ago.
A statewide effort, involving hundreds of individuals and various agencies, is underway to locate the teenager. Sebastian was last seen on February 26, prompting an Endangered Child Alert and later an Amber Alert from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).
Search efforts have spanned different terrains, employing helicopters, boats, drones, K-9s, and horses. Specialized groups, including mountainous experts equipped to explore caves, have joined the operation. Authorities have covered over five miles of ground, exploring areas in Hendersonville, including the city, rural regions, caves, storm drains, and the lake.
While law enforcement initially conducted most searches, residents have also been urged to check their surroundings for any signs of Sebastian. An anonymous group of business owners in Nashville has pledged a minimum cash reward of $3,000 for information leading to Sebastian’s whereabouts.
As the search enters its second week, individuals from across the state are expressing eagerness to assist. The family, the community, and law enforcement are committed to finding Sebastian, and the collaborative efforts remain ongoing.
